FAQ's

1. What is the dress code?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe, non-slip shoes for safety in the kitchen. Aprons are provided.

2. How many spots can I reserve at a time?
You can reserve as many spots as are available for the class. For larger groups, consider booking a private event for a more personalized experience.

3. What can I expect when attending a one-off class?
A hands-on experience! You’ll cook alongside our chefs, learn techniques, and enjoy the dishes you create. Classes are interactive, fun, and perfect for all levels. Depending on the class, students will work in groups or pairs at the chef’s discretion.

4. Are all of your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! Most classes are designed for beginners with clear guidance from our instructors. Some specialty workshops may require basic skills, and those will be noted in the class description.

5. How old do you have to be to attend a class?
Most classes are for ages 16 and up unless otherwise specified. We also offer kids’ and family classes—check our schedule for those options.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 3 days or more before the class receive a full refund or credit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Same-Day Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and plans can change. As a small business, however, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for same-day cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you are welcome to send someone in your place to use your reservation. Please note that our standard cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice prior to class in order to receive a class credit.
