Autumn Apple Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
2 oz apple cider
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz cinnamon simple syrup
Thin apple slices & a cinnamon stick for garnish
Method:
Add the gin, apple cider, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is chilled. Fill a rocks or cocktail glass with ice and strain the mixture into it. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
Pomegranate Margarita
Ingredients:
1 oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Premium silver tequila
2 oz pomegranate juice
¾ oz triple sec
¾ oz simple syrup
Sugar/lime zest rim with lime wheel for garnish
Method:
Same method as above, but garnish with a lime wheel.
Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
1½ oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
2–4 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Method:
Same method as above, but finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
¾ oz Kahlua
1 oz pumpkin spice creamer
Trader Joe’s Salted Maple cold foam (or whipped cream)
Method:
Same method as above, but finish with cold foam or whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
